Before The Event

Submit the county Application for Transient Retail Food Vendor by September 5
Review all applicable Racine County Public Health documents
Determine which licenses, permits, inspections, or approvals apply to your setup
Complete required applications before applicable deadlines

Plan your handwashing water source and how wastewater will be disposed of
