Meet The Business
Corn is the crown, but the menu keeps going.
The Corn King is a local Black-owned mobile food business led by Kadeem Liggins. The menu starts with roasted corn on the cob and traditional elotes, then pushes into specialty cups including a Hot Cheetos version. Kadeem also serves loaded potatoes described as big enough to feed two, quarter-pound all-beef corn dogs, and Korean corn dogs, including a Hot Cheetos-covered option. The Corn King is confirmed for Saturday and Sunday, September 19 and 20. The logo and food photography on this page came directly from the vendor's submitted spotlight packet.
Come for the elotes. Leave with a full meal.
